I opened the official itch.io page on 28 October 2026. The blurb still says chapters 1, 2, and 3 are available and that chapter 3 is coming on 15 May 2026. The devlog above that blurb says chapter 4 has been out since 25 October 2026. Both sentences are on the same public page, and they disagree. This guide follows the devlog.

Creepy Dates and common misspellings refer to the title presented here as CreepyDates. The official project credits Hahadit and describes a creepypasta dating simulator fangame. The author profile is the same developer source, not independent verification of biographical details.
Where the story is
The developer timeline dates chapter 2 to 13 October 2025, chapter 3 to 15 May 2026, and chapter 4 to 25 October 2026. These dates are single-source developer reports. A chapter 1 countdown and the linked player video suggest late July 2025, without establishing an exact launch day. The newer chapter 4 announcement takes precedence over the stale project introduction.
Chapter 1's day is approximate. The other three dates are the timestamps on the author's own posts.
Six routes, not twelve
The developer list names Jeff the Killer, Eyeless Jack, Ben Drowned, Ticci Toby, Masky and Hoodie as one entry, and Slenderman (single source). Liu and Laughing Jack are not on it. The chapter 3 bug note mentions a Laughing Jack conversation; absence from a romance list does not imply absence from the story. Liu scene claims lack accessible evidence here.

The download listing shows PC 452 MB, Mac 446 MB, and Android 473 MB on 28 October 2026. These are single-source download sizes, not installed-space requirements. The price card shows $0.00 USD or more from the same project data. Linux is tagged but no separate package is listed; see the platform notes rather than assuming compatibility.

Is CreepyDates finished?
The developer lists it as in development and says the story comes before additional routes. The final chapter count is not established here.
Can I play it in the browser?
Not as a public build. The old web page asks for a password, and the author said the itch web limit is 1,000 files while chapter 4 is about 1,500.
