CreepyDates chapter 4 is out
Hahadit announced chapter 4 on 25 October 2026. The itch devlog and Tumblr announcement are by the same developer, so the release date and feature list below are a developer report, not two independent sources. The older game description still mentions chapters 1 to 3.
Why the itch blurb still says chapter 3
The project description still advertises chapters 1 to 3 and a future May 2026 chapter 3 release. In contrast, the chapter 4 announcement says it is available, and the devlog index dates that post to 25 October 2026, 17:54 UTC. This is a discrepancy within the developer's own material; the dated release announcement is the more specific status source.
What the devlog lists
Source: chapter 4 devlog. All additions below are a single-source developer report; the same author posting on Tumblr does not independently verify them.
- Chapter 4 itself: 6 new illustrations, a scene called BEN'S ROOM, and 1 new character who is not named in the post.
- Portuguese for chapters 3 and 4, credited to Pauby and a new translator.
- A characters tab in the gallery.
- A language choice when the game starts.
- A larger creator: color sliders, heterochromia, any skin tone, makeup, hair, and new clothes.
- A reminder that more routes will be added later, not now, because the story comes first and one person is writing six routes.
The developer's mouse-effect reply names Zalgo, while a player describes a Ben impersonation. Neither identifies the unnamed devlog entry explicitly. The Russian-translation reply says that translation is still pending, without a date.
Getting the update: what is and is not documented
Use the current files on the official download page; there is no separately named chapter 4 package in its file list. The chapter 3 comments describe loading a chapter 2 save to unlock chapter 3. That older advice does not establish the exact chapter 4 unlock sequence. A documented chapter-4-specific button sequence is still missing; do not delete existing saves to force an unlock.

Yes. The official devlog "Chapter 4 available now" was posted on 25 October 2026.
Is it the last chapter?
The listing remains in development and the chapter 4 devlog says more routes follow the story. A final chapter count is not established by the sources linked here.
Is chapter 4 in Russian?
The developer reply available on 28 October 2026 says it is not translated yet and gives no release date. That is a single-source status report.
