I am not packing the illustrations. Hahadit posted them on itch and Tumblr. The screenshots on this page are the ones already public on the itch gallery, and each caption points back there. A full "every CG" checklist is not in any devlog.

Where to look instead of a zip file
The author's chapter 4 illustration post is an art reference, not an all-CG download or proof of an unlock. The devlog reports a characters tab in the gallery. Exact image titles, total gallery count, and full unlock steps remain unknown. No secret-item or affection-threshold unlock is asserted here.
Questions
Where is the gallery?
The chapter 4 devlog says the gallery gained a characters tab with basic profiles. It does not say the menu was renamed.
How many images are in chapter 4?
The devlog says six new illustrations. It does not list titles for them.
Can I download the sprites?
No mirror is linked here. The author told players who hit a broken MediaFire link to use the itch download of the game.
