The chapter 3 devlog reports fixing a bug after the Laughing Jack conversation and uploading the build again that day. The index dates the announcement to 15 May 2026. Both are the same developer source. The route list names Eyeless Jack, not Laughing Jack.
For entry, the developer's save reply says to load the last chapter 2 save and finish that chapter to unlock chapter 3. Single-source advice, not a guarantee for every save. A player in the same discussion instead reports returning to the menu and selecting the chapter. The differing account is retained; no one-size-fits-all import fix is claimed.
Spoilers: A stuck-route report
strawbie25 reports an EJ save at 63% and an unavailable interaction in chapter 4. Single source: this does not establish a minimum affection requirement, a general route lock, or the panel solution. No written panel sequence with corroborating evidence was found.
